2009 United States Seamless®
“FREE HOUSE OF SEAMLESS SIDING SWEEPSTAKES”
1-1-09 to 12-31-09

Prize:
United States Seamless, Inc., will award:
One (1) House of Seamless Steel Siding including installation (Designer Series). This will also include installation of soffit, fascia and wrapping of door & window trim. The winner must pay for any additional home improvements not included in the free house of siding.

United States Seamless, Inc., will supply all materials (EMCO Building Products Accessories & United States Seamless coil). The participating franchise will supply the labor at no cost to United States Seamless, Inc., or to the winning homeowner.

Deadline:
To be eligible for sweepstakes drawing homeowners must complete entry forms, including full name, home address, and phone number, and return or mail them to participating United States Seamless Franchisees by December 31, 2009. All participating United States Seamless Franchisees must then return the entry forms to United States Seamless, Inc., no later than January 10th, 2010.

Sweepstakes Drawing:
A winner and two alternates will be selected in a random drawing from among all entry slips received by United States Seamless, Inc., from all participating franchisees. Drawing will be conducted by an independent organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

Winner Notification:
United States Seamless, Inc., will notify winner by certified mail and will provide winning names to participating Franchisees.

Winner Guidelines:
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be allowed. United States Seamless, Inc., and its franchisees assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner. United States Seamless will issue a 1099 to the winner for the installed retail value of the home improvements included in the prize. Entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries. Winner must be owner of home, and living in home. Winner may choose from products in the Designer Series™ only.

Compensation:
In the event the winner has purchased United States Seamless Steel Siding prior to 1/1/08 and elects not to replace the product, a $2,500 cash prize may be claimed as a full and final settlement. In the event the winner has purchased United States Seamless Steel Siding between 1/1/09 and notification of winning, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail value paid for the United States Seamless steel siding in lieu of the product or products (up to a maximum of $10,000 in value). Division of the retail value will be computed based on franchisee labor, material supplied by United States Seamless, Inc., and any additional value will be split evenly between the two up to a maximum of $10,000 in value. In the event the winner has re-sided their home with another company’s product, the winner cannot elect to take the retail value, but must claim the prize by replacing with United States Seamless steel siding. Winner may be required to verify address of execture, an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt.

Eligibility:
Sweepstakes open to residents of the U.S., at least 18 years of age, except employees and families of the participating company, affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries and advertising agencies. This offer is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. No purchase is required. Franchisee Guidelines:
Franchisee must be current on all advertising and territory fees with United States Seamless, Inc., and be participating in the program for the entire year. Upon notification of a winner the participating franchisee will be required to submit a detailed material list estimating the products that will be needed for the free house of seamless siding, as well as, estimated labor for installation. United States Seamless must approve these estimates before commencing any work. In the event the winner has purchased United States Seamless Steel Siding prior to 1/1/08 and elects not to replace the product, and in lieu claims the 2,500 cash prize, $1,500 will be paid by United States Seamless and $1,000 will be paid by the franchisee to the prize winner.
